We have re-upped our support subscription every year, but we haven't actually needed technical support for a few years. Now that I'm preparing for an upgrade, I have come to realize that our VAR has gone out of business (Full Circle Solutions Group). Every e-mail address I had for them has come back undeliverable, and their website is for sale (www.fullcsg.com).
We were never contacted by Laserfiche about setting up a new VAR, and it never comes up during renewal. So I have no idea who to contact, or how to even get started. If we had a major problem, we would be COMPLETELY SCREWED.
Anyone have any ideas? I've attached a PDF of our most recent P.O., just in case that helps. The purchase is done thru Dell/ASAP, but I don't think they can be of any help -- they're just an all-purpose software reseller.
