Hello,

We have a client that recently purchased a new Quick Fields workstation, much faster than their old Quick Fields workstation.

After getting Quick Fields up and running on the new machine, they have found the program to not run as fast nor store as quickly as their previous machine.

We have have been working on a tech support case with this already, done much troubleshooting already and found that storing speeds are increased for color scans, with JPEG compression enabled. However, it's still not as fast storing as it was on their older/slower machine.

Just curious if anyone has ran into anything like this?
