LF Outlook plugin issues with 3rd party application

Hi,

 

One of our client is facing an issue with their practice management software when Laserfiche office plugin is enabled. Once disabled, it works absolutely fine. Has anyone faced similar issues ? if yes, could you please guide me to any area that i can start to look at. Anything related also would be of great help.

Which version of outlook your customer is using and which version of LF?

Hi,

Outlook 2013/2016 (Few users on either)

LF 10.2.1

Hi Bipin,

If the practice management software has any logging options, it will be helpful to get it to indicate why it fails and what the error is. And then, it may help us figure out how to fix office plugin.

Hi,

On further investigation, the 3rd party solution is built on Dynamics CRM. (2013 version). The mentioned system do not have an office integration but there is an API (msccrm-addons - Document core pack ) that links CRM to office suite.

 

I believe this API fails  when LF office plugins are activated. Has there been any such cases reported ?
