Hi all,

I have annotations appearing over hyperlinks in PDFs, it only in Web Access, the Windows client doesn't show these annotations. The annotations are just a duplicate of the hyperlink but it makes the document look messy. I noticed that if I change a display setting to "Open PDF in document viewer (PDF viewer)" it resolves the issue. This setting is only applied user to user, is it possible to set this for ALL users?
