Currently some users are experiencing issues when attempting to re-scan a document page in Laserfiche scanning. The current issue is they are unable to view the image after re-scanning the document. They then have to re-scan the document a second time to it to come up. Other times users will have to re-scan multiple times. Wanted to know if anyone has ran into these issues before. I have downgraded Laserfiche on the machine to version 9.2.1 and updated it again. I have also deleted the user profile on the machine. It happens to multiple machines though some more than others.
