We have been having issues with Laserfiche Scanning crashing while the user is separating the batch or applying and filling in the templates.
Debug runs and then gives the same error with Close program as the only option. We are running the 10.2 client locally on their PCs, using the Canon DR-6010C scanners with the latest drivers. The batch could be 20 pages or 120 pages when it crashes. Has anyone else had this issue, or have any ideas on what i can do to resolve it?
