I uninstalled Laserfiche Server, however when I install a new copy of the server, it automatically knows where my repository database, files, and the repository name. Which on new installs, is normally something I must configure. I don't think it is truly uninstalling the application. I would rather not have to uninstall Windows, just to re-install Laserfiche. Is there a way to uninstall the application so that it was as if though it was never installed to begin with?

It's hard to tell without more details, but this is most likely expected behavior. Most applications leave behind this type of information so if you're just upgrading, your settings are not gone. You can detach the repositories before reinstalling. Or if you've already uninstalled, you can remove HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Laserfiche\Engine\8.0\. (please make sure you understand how to back up and recover registry settings first)

Ok I will give that a try. We just need a fresh install in this case. Simply creating a new repository is not enough to fix an anomaly we ran into.
That fixed the issue with it automatically loading our repository on a fresh install.
