Does anyone else experience issues with the scanning module in MS Edge? I have a client who's having an issue with the scanning module frequently timing out the connection to the scanner and/or repository. It also isn't saving changes to scanning settings or image enhancements....we have to specify Basic or Standard each every time we open. Is this a repository setting or an issue with MS Edge?

I'm wondering this as well. I've seen end-users who are being timed out quickly but from the repository, not specifically related to scanning. I'm sure you've confirmed the time-out settings in the admin console, correct?

The time out setting in the admin console is set to Never but I did find a couple options in the Web Client Config.
1.) Show Stay Signed In Option on Login page - hopefully this will keep the user logged in regardless of idle time but I'll have to test
2.) Idle Disconnect "Keep sessions from timing out until the repository's idle time limit has been reached."
