Material & Request Tracking Process

Hi,

The briefcase file in the above mentioned process has only two templates namely "Incoming Inventory" and "Inventory Item".  Yet in the  Materials Request and Tracking-Outgoing Materials Business Process, the save to repository task refers to a "Inventory Requested" template which is not in the briefcase. Also in the "Outgoing Material - Update Inventory" workflow, there are certain fields that are not in any template. Can I get the fields that make up this template and any other required template and if possible update the files for this Business Process.

Thanks for bringing this up. It looks like we are missing the form that was saved in the repository with the "Inventory Requested" template when we uploaded the briefcase. In the meantime, you may want to recreate the template with the fields indicated in that save to repository task.  As for the Workflow you mentioned, the extra fields look to be left over from a previous version of the process. I'm seeing "ID Number" and "Size" as being irrelevant for the current version and can be removed.

We'll have this fixed when we release our next batch of new processes along with 10.3.
