We are experiencing a monthly recurring issue with users not being able to log into forms.
It seems to be occurring after we restart our LF SQL Server. This month we began the process of restarting our LF Forms Server right after our LF SQL Server is restarted, but unfortunately users were still not able to log in until we restarted the LF Forms Server again and manually synchronized users. Just wondering whether there's some way to resolve this without all the manual intervention? Thanks.
