I have some documents that already have 6 fields attached for who uploaded the file (done through forms). It worked before where, on the document class, I had the checkbox set for "If a field is blank and the scan source retrieved that field, use the value from the scan source", and so the processed items had the correct fields that already existed on the source documents. Now, this doesn't seem to be working - fields are not coming through from the source document. Is there any setting I might have changed that would break this? I've verified that "Document Content > For Each Document > Retrieve Fields" is checked for the Laserfiche Capture Engine source. Can anything else cause this behaviour?
