On November 4th, Laserfiche will launch several updates to Laserfiche Cloud, as well as minor fixes for both Public Portal and Forms.

 

The feature updates will include:

Skip the Trial Stage

Previously, new customers were required to go through both a Demo and Trial stage before Solution Providers could activate the new customer account. Now, Solution Providers can skip the Trial stage altogether and convert a demo account to a paying customer account for customers that are immediately ready for product use.

 

Email Notifications

The account administration site can now be set to send automatic email notifications when an account approaches storage limits. Customers can subscribe to notifications when storage usage exceeds the 75%, 90%, 95%, and 100% marks. Solution Providers can also subscribe to alerts for customer accounts.

 

Creating Users

Laserfiche Cloud has streamlined the process of managing users and assigning rights. A new context menu and toolbar allows administrators to quickly access options for managing users and groups. Additionally, administrators can now choose from preset profiles to quickly assign access rights.
