moving metadata workflow

I need a workflow that will move metadata from one field to another within the same template.  Does anyone have a template that I can work off of to make that happen?  I can provide more detailed information if needed.

Hi Nicholas, this is pretty straight forward, is it for existing documents in your repository and a 1 time move, or do you need to have a workflow which can run on demand from the client as an example to do this?

Well this is for a one time only type situation.  However, I was able to figure it out myself.  I used the "Retrieve Field Values" and "Assign Field Values" tokens and I got it to work :) Yay.
