I need your help urgently. I have enable the tracing from the client to check why ocr is failing and I found the error below

I copied a file to laserfiche client  and I expect the pdf files to convert to tiff format. In this process, I get error preparing page for OCR (407) and error reading file (6408). I did this exercise in the server directly and it works however I get the error message from the desktop where LF client was installed. The trace file reported the following error message

 

Any idea why this OCR license check failed message appeared ?

 

Appreciate your speedy resolution this issue.

 

I checked the laserfiche support and some respond due to resource issues ( I doubt this in our case)
