Hello everyone,
I want to give a heads up warning on this post for I have never used Incode before.
I have a customer who has Incode integrated with Laserfiche on all machines and is working fine but now they have a new machine they are trying to apply it to.
The issue is that the application client is missing what they call a "blue cabinet" icon on their toolbar.
I am not sure if this is a configuration issue for Incode or Laserfiche. The customer stated that they have already contacted Incode Support about this issue and claimed that Laserfiche is the reason for icon not showing.
They have version 9.00.0120 for Incode and they have installed Laserfiche SDK Runtime 9.2 x64.
Any clue on what can fix this issue?
