Hello,

We have a client wondering if there is a way to get a copy of the messages that Workflow sends when using the Email Activity?

You can get them from the email server. Laserfiche doesn't retain copies.

You can BCC yourself on emails generated by workflow.

Yes. This is what we do: all emails have "lfworkflow@company.com" BCC'd, and certain people in the org have access to that mailbox so they can quickly see what emails are being sent by Workflow.

You could also look into mail forwarding rules on the mail server side, so you don't have to rely on the workflow designers to remember to add the BCC to each email activity.
