Is there any documentation of the upgrading procedure from Laserfiche 10 to 10.2.1?

Does this indicate that I can run the self extracting 10.2.1 file I download on my Laserfiche 10 server without any concerns? Prerequisites?
Or is it necessary to go to 10.2 first and then to 10.2.1?
You do not need to go through 10.2 first.

Do you mean the .exe file downloaded from the support site? Yes, it should self-extract when you run it. You can then launch autorun.exe and select the product you want to install. You can install on top of the existing 10.0 version.
