I have DCC setup on one workflow to OCR incoming documents.

I created another repository to do the same.

The issue is now DCC runs but just says "in progress"

If I run the DCC on the 1st repository it succeeds with the same document.

Why would it not succeed on the second repository?

Can you check the Windows Event Viewer logs on the DCC machine to see if any errors are reported?

No errors in the event viewer.

All just informational events.

Hi David,

Did you resolve this issue? I am facing the same issue.

DCC workflow search query returned 1 entry but still "In Progress" since Thursday 4/29/2018 with no error.
