conditional starting rule

I have a workflow designed that works when I click the green play button. The starting rule is not generating the workflow. When I go into the suscriber tracer, my workflow does not appear under the starting rules. Any ideas?

Your server is not configured to pick up events from any repositories. You can add a repository through the Workflow Administration Console. In the Server Configuration node, right-click on Repositories and choose Properties. That will open the Repository Manager dialog where you can add a new one.

What are you doing to test the starting rule? Keep in mind that there's a 30 second delay between the time a rule is published and the time when it's live on the server.

I have tried submitting a form as well as creating a new document manually. Here are screenshots of my workflow and rule. Thanks!

This seems to be all workflows. I just tested with others and no starting rules are working. Everything works if I manually run the workflow.

If it's all workflows, then it sounds like your Workflow Server might not be set up to listen to changes in any repositories or might have issues connecting to it. Is there a tab named after your repository in the Subscriber Trace or do you only see the Events tab?

Thank yo so much for your help. I only see an events tab. Is there something I need to do?
