Add bp instance id in action history print

Hi,

Is it possible to add instance id in the actions history page?

The action history used to confirm that the form approved by participants users since there is no any common unique id between action history and saved approved form.

Hey Nadeem, I  agree! This is something I am also looking to do.  We really need  some sort of unique identifier to correspond between the action history and the form it is tied too. Have you had any luck with this outside of the answers site?

This feature has been supported with Forms 11 Update 4: instance id can be added in action history title by using variables.
