I have a weblink page with a default template search, edocs.deq.nc.gov/WasteManagement/Search.aspx

The problem is at least every other click, the page resets itself with "&cr=1" in the url causing the page to forget all criteria and no results are returned.  You click a drop-down and the page may add the tag. You click the "Search" button and you get the tag added and no results. This is not a session time out issue.

I have read the other posts about "cr=1", but none of those say how to fix the issue permanently.
