Error 9004 File input / output for a particular Volume

We are using Laserfiche LF.exe (10.2.1.996) and observed this error while saving the file / page to a particular Volume, while others are working properly.

Is there any limitation for a Volume size because before we have a logical volume having 4 terabyte of data. then we have created a new physical volume with maximum size (no-limit). Again we are facing the same error. the current volume size is exceeding 4 terabyte.

Check the event log on the LF server machine, there should be more information about the input/output error. It might be that the volume path is pointing to an inaccessible location.

Hello Adnan,

 

Did you ever figure out what the issue was?  

 

We are seeing a similar issue with a new VM we migrated volumes to.
