Drag and dropping PDFs to LF Client loses content

I have a customer when dragging and dropping a PDF file, it saves into LF Client fine but when you view it through document viewer, the only things that show are signatures and 2 words.

 

I have ran a repair, uninstalled & reinstalled, I tested with other PDF files and TIF files (no issues with other files). I got them to use SnapShot as a workaround and it works well without the same issues. 

I also have tested with another user and they are getting the issues with drag and drop. 

They are running on version 9.1.0.413 LF client. The server is also the same version.

This is fixed in more recent versions of the LF client. The most stable version for PDF page generation is 10.1 update 1 or newer. The workaround is to use Snapshot to generate pages for the problematic PDFs.
