Username or password is incorrect 9010

At a customer site we have one user that tried to use his login on his computer and gets the error message. We try his login on another users computer and he can log in. We tried admin on his computer laserfiche client and it works. We installed the laserfiche client on another laptop he owns and he cannot log in. We are not sure what is going on? Any suggestions on how to debug this problem?

If you are using Windows credentials to log in, then I would have another user test that PC instead of using the Admin account. Wild guess, but if the PC is not on the domain for some reason, then LF wouldn't be able to authenticate the account even if it is on the network.
