At a customer site we have one user that tried to use his login on his computer and gets the error message. We try his login on another users computer and he can log in. We tried admin on his computer laserfiche client and it works. We installed the laserfiche client on another laptop he owns and he cannot log in. We are not sure what is going on? Any suggestions on how to debug this problem?
