We recently ran into an issue with sending emails through workflows. Configuration changes were made in the office 365 environment an the exchange server which we arent able to reverse back to how they were prior to the changes. So my question is what are the recommended settings for both anonymous authentication and verified authentication in the exchange server that are needed to send emails. Has anyone found any documentation on this or have any recommendations?
