Can you add the print button in Web Access 10.1

Hello,

I have an end user that is looking for a way to add a quick print button to their tool bar in Web Access 10.1. (Screenshot to show what I am referring to)

When they try and go to their user options, they don't see the ability to add this.

I know it is possible in Web Client 10.2 so I wasn't sure if this functionality just wasn't available in 10.1 or if this is a permissions issue.

Any assistance here would be appreciated.

Hi Charles,

The ability to configure the toolbar was added in version 10.2 of the web client. In version 10.1 you can access print under the more options button on the toolbar, but you can't place it directly on the toolbar itself.

Hi Harol,

As I noted above, the print action is located under the more options button on the toolbar. You can access it there in the 10.1 web client. Starting in the 10.2 web client we added the ability for users to choose which actions were on their toolbar and so it can be directly added as a button.
