"Completed" Tab Blank for Participant Licensed Team Members

I have Team Members who are logging into forms via a participant license and are able to see both "Assigned" and "Available" tasks under "Team Tasks".  However they are not able to see any tasks under "Completed" even though Team Managers see 30 Completed.  I was unable to find anywhere in documentation where Team Members are not permitted to see Completed Tasks.  But can anyone confirm if Team Members are or are not permitted to see Completed tasks?

Can anyone from Laserfiche advise on being able to see Completed Team tasks for Team Members?  Is it different if they are a full licensed user versus a Participant licensed user?  Hopefully this is not another limitation of the Participant licenses that limits their involvement in a process.
