Workflow Initiator token is SID instead of Display Name

I have seen this happen in our system once before and could never figure out what was causing it.  I now have another user who this is happening to which is causing some issues in the workflow.  Username is shown when logged in and for any documents created under the "created by" sort columns.

 

I have tried recreating her windows account and LFDS, neither successful. AD sync has been run and completed successfully as well.  No errors are occurring on the server either.  Is there anything else I'm missing here?  I have seen other posts about this but none of them have any real reason as to what may be causing this or a fix outside of the ones I've already tried. Any help with this would be much appreciated.

 

System versions:

Laserfiche Server: 10.2.0.839

Workflow: 10.0.0.249

There isn't enough information to troubleshoot. The Initiator token's value is never the display name, it's the username. It's probably best to contact your reseller and open a case with Tech Support to investigate this further.
