Error 1923. Service "Laserfiche Server"could not be installed. Verify that you have sufficient privileges to instalall system devices

Hello, I am trying to install Laserviche Server 10.2 and i get the above message.

OS is windows 10 /64 bit

Also using account with administrator priviledge to install.

Not sure why the installation stalled?

Couple of questions:

1. Is User Account Control enabled? (note: it must be disabled in the registry to be truly disabled)

2. If UAC is enabled, did you run the Autorun.exe "As Administrator"?

3. Did you try running it from an elevated command prompt?

4. Do you have any antivirus software running?

This happens when you try to reinstall the server while the service "Laserfiche service" is still part of windows services, you can follow this link in order to uninstall the service"Laserfiche server" manually.
Once you have finished, restart your computer.
