Quick Fields not storing the whole document in the Repository

Our client is using Quick Fields Agent to pull documents of the local drive to store them in Laserfiche.  The issue they are having is that with large documents, 100-300 pages, only one page is being stored in Laserfiche.  The incoming folder has the whole document and the completed scans folder has the whole document as well.  Any suggestions?

Do you have any Retrieval Limits set?
