I have a form where the user needs to attach an Excel document to the form itself for review in a later process step. Can an Excel file be uploaded to the form? If not, does anyone have any thoughts on how I could like the form and the Excel file?

I tried to do this using the File Upload field, but I receive an error. It states that the file is invalid.

Try adding the extensions allowed and also make sure that you are not going over the Maximum file size. These can be adjusted in the Upload field as the screenshot below.

Try creating an Excel sheet with only the word test in one of the cells and see if it uploads.
