Hello,

I have a client who is on Laserfiche 10 and uses the thick client to view documents in the repository. When they import pdf documents and double click to view it they get a message that "Unable to display the electronic document for this file type". If I import the same document in my environment which is Laserfiche 10.2.1 I can view the document. What am I missing? I did the setting for the customer to view the document in it's native application and then the document opens up in adobe reader. The document does not have any pages.
