Forms account email field can't be filled in

I'm having an issue with a client who is using Office 365 and trying to setup accounts in Forms Essentials. Their accounts are not populating with the email field. Are there any issues with Office 365 filling in the email field in forms? Is there a way to manually fill in the field (its currently greyed out)?

Hi Brian,

The email of Windows user cannot be changed in Forms, so it's grayed out.

For this case, does the user account has email setting in the Active Directory? Does the client use Azure AD or Windows AD server together with Office 365?

They use Windows AD. Their email is listed in their Office 365 account.

Can you open a support case for the issue? We can't confirm if the Office 365 accounts could be supported so we need more information. Thanks.
