I'm pretty sure you cannot use participant licenses with License Manager, you must first upgrade to LFDS.

If you're on the latest version of LFDS and Forms (some patches in the recent updates are needed for AD groups to sync properly) you can use SSO for participant users, but only if you are using LFDS Authentication for Forms. SSO is not available for participant users when Forms is configured to use Repository Authentication.

I am using LF License Manager, as well as Laserfiche Forms participants synced using LDAP.
will it work as SSO?
