I've got a Workflow searching for the first 5000 documents that have no OCR text and sending them to the OCR scheduler.  On the Web Admin Console DCC page it shows up as a single job and it's been in-progress for 1 d 7 h 48 m 27 s. 

At first the task progress was out of 100, after a day and a half the task progress moved up to 308/314.

I've got a few questions about these results, I see on other Answers post that the limit for the scheduler is 5000 jobs.  Does this limit pertain to the individual job ids or task within each job.  If it is the job ids, is there a limitation to the task processing?  When the task progress says 308/314, does that mean it's processed 308 documents out of 314 documents currently and eventually it will move up to 5000?

These results seem a bit slow and I was hoping to get some best practice recommendations with configuring the Workflow scheduling the DCC and configuring the DCC back-end.

Any comments or suggestions are appreciated, below are the specs of the server acting as the scheduler and worker.  It's pretty much dedicated to the DCC processing and bringing the CPU utilization up to 90% most of the time.
