input/output error when storing in quickfields

asked on October 6, 2017

we are receiving an input/output error when trying to store from quick fields. Everything looks right on the template, it is pulling all of the correct data and all entries are filled. No other information is really given. Just says input/output error.

A support case had been opened for this issue. The error is "file input/output error" and this typically occurs when the disk that holds the volume Quick Fields is storing into is full.

This thread will be updated again with the resolution when the case is resolved.

*Edit - 10/10/2017*

The issue was that the Laserfiche Server service account didn't have write permissions to the volume path on the Windows file system.

Using Quick Fields for the first time.  I got the session set and everything worked as should, however when storing back to Laserfiche I am getting the File input/output error.

Where should that Service account (WFPROFILE) be set?  I have the service account set in the Quick Fields > Scan > Configure Scan Source...

WFPROFILE does have rights to all the repositories...
