Workflow Web Service: Returns 500 Internal Server Error

asked on October 6, 2017

First of all, I've had several issues with Laserfiche Forms since version 10. I am on the latest version of 10.2 currently, and have re-installed Forms more than once in order to get things working. I finally thought I had it configured properly as I had everything working only to find that the workflow server cannot communicate with the forms server:

"The remote server returned an error: (500) Internal Server Error."

Navigating to the URL: localhost/Forms/Api/help

Returns the following error:

Here's the stack trace from Event Viewer on the Forms server:

System.ServiceModel.Activation.HostedHttpRequestAsyncResult/12369143

It must be on the Forms server as it's clearly receiving the request.

I've had several other issues since 10 and never experienced any issues like this in 9.2. It's always something to do with Forms.
