I was training a brand new user today and noticed that any documents she brought in using Snapshot are not capturing the text.  I had just finished setting her defaults in the Snapshot Printer.  Went back in and double checked, but they did hold for OCR.  Also checked her Tools\Options defaults and they are set to OCR on new documents as well.  So, what else might be stopping her Snapshot tool from grabbing the text?  

I did also confirm that if she brings documents in by drag'n drop or the MS Word tab, etc., those options do OCR properly.  It  just seems to be the Snapshot tool that is not.
