One person is getting: "No business processes have been run on this entry" when he tries to open LF page documents.

What would cause this?  One person is getting: "No business processes have been run on this entry" when he tries to open LF page documents.

I thought it might have to do with privileges at first.  He was trying to look at new form submissions that are residing in a protected folder.  However, it's not just these forms he's getting these messages on, it's also on other documents that are just scanned correspondence.  They are all just shortcuts in his User InBox and/or other peoples' User InBoxes that he is trying to access.

I have verified that only one of the documents remains in the protected folder and when I view effective rights on that one, he has checkmarks in the Granted column.  All the other documents are not in protected folders.

This forms submission that I suspected might be the issue has no Business Process tasks assigned to it.  Just the form submission.  I don't even have any workflows making any changes or doing the filing; I have been filing these manually when done.  (Eventually, I will have the filing done by WF)

What could be causing this?

He only has the Business Process pane turned on. He needs to turn on the Image pane to see the images of the document.
