We are getting ready to migrate repository user accounts from an LF repo to Directory Server. Since this is a very complex process, we want to first set up a test environment where we can go through the steps and make sure everything will work correctly.

Is it possible to create a copy of the license database in SQL, then install a second Directory Server and point it to that database? The goal is to mirror the production environment exactly.
