I'd like to know more about LFDS email templates, but I'm not finding much in the way of documentation. I see how to create new templates, but I'm not sure how exactly to use them, i.e. from where does one send an email with one of the new templates? Also, similar to the password reset link variable, {0}, are there other variables that can expand to display e.g. username, First, Last, Company, etc?
