My group watermark stopped working!!!

Please confirm that you have watermark text configured under your Laserfiche repository or Windows group(s). The options you've shown control how the watermark text will be placed on the pages and whether it will include a header and/or footer, but for this to work, there needs to be watermark text actually configured for the relevant group(s).

I have a watermark text of just COPY under the groups and always been there, but doesn't work anymore either when printing or exporting.

What version of Laserfiche is being used? Are you printing or exporting from the Laserfiche Client? Is the user that you're logged into the repository as a member of the group that has watermark text?

If everything appears to be configured correctly, but you're still not seeing watermarks on printed or exported documents, then please open a support case with your Laserfiche reseller. We would also want to know the contents of the dboptions and watermarks tables in your repository database at least. However, if you can provide a backup of the database, that'd be helpful.

I am using version 10.1.0.151. Everyone is not getting watermarks anymore and all the group settings before are the same so nothing was changed.
