Error when adding attachment in web access 10.2.1

Dears,

When I add pdf(or word or image) attachment to existing document from WA , it's icon goes to top corner

when I save and click on it to open , it downloaded as HTML!!!!

and this HTML contains the following test

The Laserfiche 10.2 server has encountered an error and could not complete your request.

If the problem persists, please contact your administrator.

When I checked WA server I found these errors in event viewer

This error usually means that there is a problem with the volume that the document belongs to. Check the event log on the LFS machine for any errors related to the volume.

I checked LFS machine, no errors related volumes,because users can upload documents normally with webclient and windows client.

Users can also add attachment on document using windows client, and this attachment can be downloaded from webclient without problems.

Problem occurred when adding attachments through webclient.

Another idea: open the browser dev tools (F12), create a new attachment annotation and check for error messages in the console tab.
