Trying to add active directory users as forms participants

I have configured ldap so that I can add active directory users as forms participants, but no new option is showing up to allow me to add active directory users. The instructions for configuring LDAP end on the step where you click Verify and Save, no mention of how to access the directory.

Which version are you running, and are you using Repository Authentication? With LDAP the Participant section of the user administration page in Forms should populate after it syncs. If you're not getting that, then there might be a problem with the synchronization. A good first step might be to manually sync then check the event logs for the Forms server after it is complete to see if it got any errors.

Thanks Jason, clicking Synchronize did the trick. I had a different idea of what that button was for, thought it was for synchronizing with the Laserfiche service. Seems to work that way when the Named Users tab is selected.
