Issues after upgrading Client to 10.2

I have two users who have run into a few issues after we upgraded their desktop client to 10.2. The first issue, from the scanner after entering information into a template when the user goes to hit "Clear Fields" the fields do not clear. No other users appear to be having this issue. This same user also noticed that after she updates something in Laserfiche, the other user who works as her counterpart does not see the updates. Finally, another user is reporting that after she renames something the name shows up as a mix of letters and numbers and does not display as the title until she refreshes.

 

Is anyone else running into these issues? Does anyone have any ideas on how to resolve these?

Hi Shanley,

Regarding the issue with the "Clear Fields" option not working in Laserfiche Scanning, we've found this to just be a display issue in that the field values in the "default properties" pane are still present in the UI. However, when you scan new documents and view their fields from the revision pane/document properties, the documents won't have any field values set, as expected.

Bug 47454 has been filed for this display issue.
