We have a client who needs to import all his emails (a lot of it - around 64 GB) to Laserfiche repository and then route these emails into folders with corresponding client names.

We are planning to use outlook plugin to save emails in small chunks (Say 1000 at a time or less perhaps)in to laserfiche (manually by user)

Use templates to populate email metadata.

Use Workflow - to pattern match and get the domain name/ use a lookup to identify the customer name/ Route the email to folder structure as requested. 

I can imagine this to be a beast of a task taking into consideration the number of emails we are dealing with and the manual effort by the user to bulk import using LF outlook plugin.

I would like to know is there a better way/option using which we can do this activity a bit more efficiently.
