I have not replicated this error, but have seen it on the client system. When they print documents to the Adobe Acrobat PDF printer, the document will print, but the 10.2.1 Laserfiche Client will freeze, and give this error:
I've had the client try all the standard tricks for fixing a print problem (reinstall drivers and client, restart computer, check document sizes, print to that printer from other programs, etc...) but the only thing that worked was for them to remove the client software, and go back to the Laserfiche Client 10.1 from client 10.2.1
The problem is fixed, but if there is a patch or bugfix to fix this in the 10.2 client on the support site, I could not find it.
