How to populate multiple Forms table values to metadata fields in Laserfiche Client?

Hi Team,

This will contain a lot of snapshots, to assist,

I have a Form that is used to raise a Purchase Order in this instance, where the users are able to add the required:

I have set a template which includes the fields above as multiple fields:

I have also specified a Field Group on these fields as well to make sure they are all together:

Within saving to Laserfiche via the Form I specified the fields as per below (not sure though if i should be targeting something else?)

Testing the form, i am receiving the following variables where each line was a new item:

The folder structure is being made by Forms, but the form is not saving in Laserfiche. Has anyone encountered this before, and what can be the solution?

Please advise?

Hi Ziad,

It's kind of hard to see in the screenshots, but is the Item Number in the Table set as "Item 1", "Item 2" or "1", "2"- so a single line field? Or a number Field? Your metadata in the repository is set as number which could be why it is not working. I did also notice that you did not receive any data for Item No.? What error is Forms giving you on save to repository?

Hi Aaron,

I made the necessary changes regarding the field but I also found something else that was the underlying issue within the system. I.T was required for this and it is now working perfectly,
