After we upgrade forms to 10.2.1 the reports download real slowly. We test with the different options, with different users and with different browsers.

Forms 10.2.1 downloading reports should be faster than 10.2.0 as there is enhancement included.
In your case, how large is the report and how many instances are there? How much time would it take to download the report? And what is the behavior of previous version?

For reference we use a 358 instance report, the report generation takes less than 30 seconds, but when we press download, it takes more than 5 minutes to download. On version 10.1 it only takes less than 1 minute.

We have tested report with thousands of instances that and the performance is not that bad. I think maybe there is something special in your report.
Can you open a support case and give us the Forms database if convenient?
