After recently upgrading our client applications to 10.2 on our Virtual Pools we're getting reports, and verifying, that users are being 'Force Logged Off' their session when they click on the "Scan" button in Laserfiche.
Desktops that are not Virtual are working normally.
We can bypass this issue by running Laserfiche 10.2 as Administrator, however that then renders the "Use Windows Credentials" that we have on all our User Accounts useless, and we have to change them to allow a password to login (and set it) for the time being.
Another way we can bypass is having the users scan in their documents outside of Laserfiche and then 'Drag-and-Drop' them into the folder locations.
I've sent an email out to Support but was also curious if anyone's come across this in their Virtual Environments? If so, were you able to correct it by doing something on your bases? Thanks!
